30-second safety check

The product comes completely assembled. Before use, use a Phillips screwdriver to make sure the two flat black screw heads that fasten the rubber-covered magnet to the clamp are snug.

  1. Grab the screwdriver above the tip to minimize the magnet’s pull on the tool.
  2. Rotate each screw clockwise until snug.
  3. Do not overtighten.
  4. Repeat the check on the opposite screw and recheck the hardware regularly.

Magnetic compatibility

Confirm secure steel contact

Magnets are not compatible with non-ferrous metals. Before relying on the mount, confirm that the item has sufficient direct steel contact and remains secure in the exact position and configuration you intend to use.
